I hold an M.S. in HCI from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and a PG Diploma in AI/ML from BITS Pilani.
I don't design AI features. I design the relationship between a person and a system that thinks; grounded in User Research, Systems Thinking, and an obsessive attention to detail.
